3. (15 points) The closed-loop control block diagram of a satellite control system is shown in Figure 1 below. Assuming K-15,J-0.5, and Ky-10, find the transfer function between the reference input R(s) and the angular position θ(s) of the satellite. Calculate the poles and zeros of the transfer function, write a Matlab code to simulate the time response of θ(t) when the reference input is a unit step function. You may use the step function in Matlab. Plot e(t) and the angular velocity () versus time t for this step input.
