4 numbers are selected in sequence, with replacement from the set {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8}. Find the probability that exactly 2 of the numbers selected are the same

so i did 8 x 1 x 7 x 6 x 3! to account for exactly 2 numbers being the same and the number of ways to arrange the 4 numbers. Dividing this by the total number of outcomes which is 8^4, i got 0.49. However the answer key is 0.533 and I'm not sure what I did wrong
