Question: a curved roadway can be banked ie sloped from one...

Question details

A curved roadway can be banked (i.e. sloped from one side of the road to another) to reduce the amount of steering friction required for vehicles to travel safely around the curve. If the recommended speed for a curve is 29.0 m/s and the radius of the curve is 174 m, determine the angle at which the curve should be sloped so that no steering friction is required to travel around the curve at the recommended speed.
