A light bulb is used at the International Space Station (ISS).
It provides underwater
illumination in the large tank of water at Tw=20 C. The diameter of the bulb is d=2 cm. What is the
maximum wattage that the bulb can use in zero gravity without bringing water to the boiling point
(100 C)? Hint: at ISS there is no convection – fluids do not move.
