A total station was set between two points (A and B) to get the elevation of the point B. The elevation of the point A (benchmark, BM) is known as 50.000 m. A surveyor obtained a reading of 2.125 m from the rod at the point A, and a slope distance of 200 m and the zenith angle of 98° 15’ 30’’ to the rod, and then the surveyor rotated the total station to target the rod placed at the point B. The reading from the rod at the point B was 0.875 m, the distance reading from the total station was 350 m, and the nadir angle to the rod at point B was 100° 20’ 10’’. Find the elevation of the point B with curvature and refraction corrections if needed.
