Complete the risk assessment table below to ensure that safe work strategies are in place prior to an excursion to your local zoo/wildlife park by bus. Alternatively you may use the Excursion risk management plan template from the NQF Library section of the ACECQA website:

This risk assessment must comply with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements as outlined in the Education and Care Services National Regulations 2011, Part 7, Division 4 and the National Quality Standards 2.3.2.
