Beth oversees ordering of the office supplies for her department. A colleague, Stacey, from another department has provided her with samples of new personalised stationery for the company.
Beth has shown them to her manager, and he has provided her with specific feedback. The manager wants to change a few details, such as colour, font and layout before committing to an order. The manager has asked for Beth to ensure that his requests are possible before going ahead and placing an order.
