      Determine your GrossMechanical Efficiency and NET Mechanical Efficiency for this exercise.

      

      Hint: first determine kpM/min; then change exercise and resting VO2ml/kg/mininto ml/minthen into kcal/min;  (Note: 200 ml O2 = 1 kcal);
