Five levels of social marketing effectiveness have been identified. These are AEBSW – awareness, engagement, behaviour, social norms and well-being. Briefly describe each in your own words. Why is there a danger that many social marketing campaigns might stall at awareness? Do you think any social marketing campaigns have reached the level of becoming social norms?
