NOTE: i am getting answer as 3x3 matrix where row1 is [(sqrt(3))/2 -1/2 0] row2 is [1 sqrt(3) 0] and row3 is [-1/2 -(sqrt(3))/2 1]

AT ANOTHER PLACE answer is given as : row1 = [0.866 -0.5 0] row2 is [1 1.732 0] row3 is [0 -1 1]
