Write a boolean value-returning function that takes two pointer variables, ptr1 and ptr2, as parameters. Both variables point to double data. The function should return true if the values in the pointed-to variables are identical, and false otherwise. 2. The function should return true if both variables represent the same address in memory. That is, they point to the same variable. Your function should return false otherwise.
