hi, i'm nearly there i think but can you please show me the working that factorises / simplifies the answer given - i think it needs to be like the TI Inspire answer, i have the casio classpad calc. So taking out cos(x)  from numerator then applying the cos^2 (x) + sin ^2 (x) = 1 rule,  thanks, Michael
