###### Question details

Hi! I'm working on the following problem and would like some help: Assume the following information for an IT project: Probability of Failure Maturity =.7 Complexity = .7 Dependency = .5 Client Concerns = .5 Programmer Skill = .3 Consequences of Failure Cost = .9 Schedule = .7 Performance = .3 Future Business = .5 Calculate the overall risk factor for this project. Would you assess this level of risk as low, moderate, or high? Why? Probability of failure Pf= ( .7+.7+.5)/3= .63 Consequence of failure (Cf)= (.9+.7+.3+.5)/4= .60 Overall Risk Factor RF= .63 + .60 – (.63)(.60)= 1.23 - .378= .852 Is this correct for the probability of failure? Or do I have to add all the probability of failures and divide by 5? Or do I not include client concerns and programer skills? Also for the consequence of failure do I include future business?
