Question: hi there im currently studying a bachelors degree of law...

Hi there, Im currently studying a bachelors degree of law and society. And am doing CRIM3301, law, trauma and crime. 

I have a research project at the moment that needs to do done by May, and I am needing a good grade,however im already stuck as CRIM is not my best subject..

I am looking at two case studies, and the suffering in miscarriage of justice.  

However, I need guding questions that are creative and interesting, but when it comes to thinking outside the box, i seem to struggle.

I have a couple basic ones, but I want to expand on these: 

Why is it problematic?

It what ways do people suffer a miscarriage of justice?

Possible to change? ( legal mechanisms) 

and I will be drawing on 3 case studies.

How can I expand on these? what are some better questions I could use?
