Bob interfered with the power lines into his house and in doing so left part of the line uncovered. A neighbour who then electrocuted and died when they came into contact with the line while walking their dog.

My understanding is Scenario 1, Bob would be charged with involuntary manslaughter- unlawful dangerous act.
