a.     Plot graphs of output voltage, Vo against the input voltage, Vi for the zener diode on a graph paper.  Findand mark the knee point for the diode on the graph.

b.    Describe your observation based on the plotted Vo-Vi graph in ii (a).

c.     If the same experiment was repeated using a 10.0 V Zener Diode, explain the expected resulting Vo-Vicharacteristic. Sketch the expected Vo-Vi graph.

Build the circuit with the LED as shown below.

1. Connect the circuit as shown above.
