Need as SOON as possible, due in 2 hours 

Your co-worker, Michael, believes that spending lots of resources on cyber security and encryption is a waste of company resources.  His reasoning is that hackers can pretty much break through any form of electronic security.  He argues that rather than investing resources into cyber security measures, the company should simply aim to keep its security strategies secret.
