Once you have gathered all the data you need, develop a detailed Strategic Plan to work on my marketing plan in childcare. You may use any format you wish for the plan, however, you need to ensure you meet the workplace’s policies/practices (including obtaining management approval before implementation) and cover the following points as outlined in your learning guide:

•       Identify the parts of the SWOT that relate to this area

•       Identify the goal/s 

•       Identify where the service is at now eg environmental analysis; resource analysis; stakeholder analysis  Develop a strategy for improvements, including the steps to achievement

•       Identify the sustainability of the plan

•       Identify the success measure

•       Identify a timeframe
