One of the concerns surrounding people data analysis, or analytics, is confidentiality. Potentially, individuals outside of HR will need access to this data to make business decisions. Please make an argument for or against this, and consider which types of people data would be acceptable (i.e. education level) to share with other business leaders and which is off limits (i.e. family status).
