You are an educator in the 3-4 year old room. It is winter time and the children haven’t been outside for several days. Many of the children are disengaged in the experiences offered, are running in the room and the noise level is at times unbearable. There have been continuous conflicts over the trucks in the block area. Another educator attempted to conduct a group time but many of the children lost interest and were restless after 10 minutes.
