Create vectors for solarday1 and solarday2 and that
only contain elements corresponding to active times. This will enable our
data to be more useful since we many calculations or modeling (e.g.,
line-fitting) need to ignore the many zeroes at which the panel are not
generating (because the sun isn't out at night.)

You should have four new vectors computed as part of this answer:
activesolarday1 (an extracted subset of solarday1 vector)
activesolarday2 (an extracted subset of solarday2 vector)
activetimewindow1 (an extracted subset of timevector)
activetimewindow2 (an extracted subset of timevector)

This can again be done multiple ways. In this part, please use whichever
method you would like.
