Assume the generator is 95% efficient and that the solar collector system operates at a temperature of 400 K. Assume ideal gas model applies to the working fluid. Use an alpha configuration for the engine. The ambient temperature is 300K. The swept volume of each cylinder is 2.5 L and the lowest volume (bottom dead center) is 0.01 m3. The are 0.0002 kmol of working fluid in the system. You are tasked with: 1. Select the highest temperature for the cycle TH and the lowest, Te. Justify 2. Select the highest and lowvest prsures in the cycle Jlustify 3. Draw the the pV and the TS diagrams. 4. Compute all heat and work interactions (in all four processes). 5. Compute the cycle thermal efficiency (up to mechanical work). 6. Give dimensions for the hot cylinder. Diameter and displacement. 7. At what frequency should the cycle run to satisfy the power requirement?
