As time progresses, many employees find that their work-life balance deteriorates as highly demanding jobs cause stress due to long hours. It is becoming more and more difficult for employees in senior management positions in a organization to engage in activities outside of work, dedicate time to family life and other priorities in life.

For businesses to succeed and in the long-term retain their valuable human resources and intellectual assets, they will need to find a better way to insulate their employees from the potential burdens their positions expose them to. Failure to do so will drive away key members of their organization.
