Question: A bacterium with genotype A+B-C-was transduced by a particle carrying the linked genes A-B+C+, and A+B+C+ recombinants were selected. The reciprocal cross was also performed. The number of A+B+C+ recombinants was the same in both the first cross and the reciprocal cross. What information does this give you about the order of the three genes?
