Question: questions 1 learn more about language characteristics in a programming...

Question details

Questions 1. Learn more about language characteristics in a programming language with which you are familiar by referring to the language reference and/or writing test programs. For each of the following questions, provide an answer as well as a short code snippet that demonstrates or exemplifies the manner in which your programming language operates: Does the language use static or dynamic type binding? Is type binding explicit or implicit? What types of storage binding does the language support? Does the language use lexical or dynamic scoping? Are scopes nestable? How is type equivalence determined? Does the language support defining subroutines? Can subroutines be passed as parameters to or returned from subroutine calls? 2. For the programming language with which you are most familiar, list (at least) three non-trivial (i.e. no l wish there was one less parenthesis on the syntax of this keyword) language features you wish had been differently designed. Why do you think these features were designed the way they were? How would you re-design them? What are at least one advantages and disadvantage of your proposed re-design?
