Question: the contracts associated with intellectual property should include the protection...
The contracts associated with intellectual property should include the protection that if the product or service has a release date the information associated with the product should not be released to the general public. The information associated with release dates could affect the financial profitability of the product or service. An example of the intellectual property protection for release dates would be if the product has competition. The competition could change their release date for another product which could undercut the projected products associated with the products launch date.
