Use only "solarday1" data for this part. Calculate
the time at which a specific amount of energy (in kW-hr) has been
produced. Take user input to set the specific value (e.g., 6 kW-hr or 14
kW-hr). Display and error message to the screen if the user inputs a
value that is out of a reasonable range (for this arguement lets say only
values between 5 and 30 kW-hr) Then, report the time at which this amount
of energy is generated. This is essentially an accumulated area under the
curve for a arbitrary time window which stops accumulating when a
particular threshold value is reached.
