We are a few weeks from opening our Pumpkin Pie food truck for the season and the finance team and I are working on sales projections for Year 2.
In Year 1, we sold 50,000 pumpkin pies and are expecting a repeat rate of 50%. In Year 2, we expect to double our sales to 100,000 additional pumpkin pies!
