You are the marketing manager for a company supplying printers with very large rolls of paper (1000 metres long by 1 metre wide) of different sorts for high quality printing of magazines and brochures. There are different types of paper supplied by your company and you have found that one type of expensive paper which is taking up a lot of room in your warehouse sells only a very small amount (10 rolls per year) to your top customer. The accountants have calculated that the firm is losing money by having to allocate warehouse space to this product. What would you use to convince the accountants that the company should continue to warehouse and sell this product to your top customer and why. Explain what might happen if your company stops supplying this loss making product to this customer?
