Continuous ECG monitoring
PRN Oxygen to maintain SpO2 >94%
Aspirin 300mg stat to be chewed; 100mg daily PO
1x GTN spray (600mcg) subling. Repeat after 5 minutes if needed. Maximum 3 doses.
Morphine 2mg IV if pain persists
Clopidogrel 300 mg loading dose: 75mg daily PO
