You are the nurse in charge of Rupinder during his recovery. You receive the following: 

 

PROGRESS NOTES

UR: 458896  

14/4/2021 1400hours  

Continuous ECG monitoring  

PRN Oxygen to maintain SpO2 >94%  

Aspirin 300mg stat to be chewed; 100mg daily PO

1x GTN spray (600mcg) subling. Repeat after 5 minutes if needed. Maximum 3 doses.  

Morphine 2mg IV if pain persists  

Clopidogrel 300 mg loading dose: 75mg daily PO
