Question details
Your friend has also been studying a spectrin-binding protein who’s spectrin binding domain is controlled by phosphorylation on a serine residue in the binding domain. When the protein is phosphorylated, it can bind to spectrin, when it is unphosphorylated, it cannot. Assuming that around 50% of the proteins are phosphorylated at any one time, draw a diagram of what that FRAP data might look like.
